SNA Using User Experience

The paper proposes a comparison methodology for the social networks analysis, aiming at the user views by employing a cone model. It is done by incorporating the user experience, by means of the fuzzy K-means algorithm. The proposed work has been applied to the data obtained through Google forms in which the users are asked to rate their experience on the different parameters of the social network in consideration.
