Tests of Galileo and BeiDou links for UTC

Time links used in UTC computation are based on Global Navigation Satellite Systems and on the Two Way Satellite Time and Frequency Transfer technique. For GNSS, GPS forms the basis of all links and GLONASS has been also used. The other global systems Galileo and BeiDou have reached operational status and we study in this paper how they could contribute to UTC links. We present results on tests carried out on several short and long distance links and evaluate their internal consistency and noise level in comparison to GPS links presently used in UTC.
