NATO as an Information Platform

This paper considers NATO's journey to becoming a digital enterprise. It proposes that NATO be modelled as an `Information Platform', where its role is to connect information supplier and information consumer in a trusted way in order to facilitate timelier and more accurate decisions. Based on this model, the paper proposes a layered implementation model that allows for the participation by a broad range of eco-system partners.
