Development of fault diagnosis test bench for doubly-fed wind generator based on stator current analysis method

In order to realize the fault diagnosis technology of wind turbines in the laboratory environment by using the stator current analysis method, a wind turbine mechanical fault simulation test bench based on general frequency converter is designed. The utility model uses a general-purpose frequency converter to control the asynchronous motor to output different speeds and torques to simulate the action of the wind wheel, and the other frequency converter supplies the one-way frequency excitation power supply of the wound generator rotor which can simply realize the generator off-grid and grid-connected power generation processes. By collecting and analyzing the stator current signal of the generator, it is possible to carry out research on the mechanical failure of the components of the wind turbine drive system such as gears and rolling bearings.
