A Novel Game-Theoretic-based Security-Constrained Unit Commitment Including Wind and Vehicle-to-Grid

A novel multi-objective security-constrained unit commitment model is proposed in this paper considering wind power and electric vehicles. A fuzzy chance-constrained program is utilized to solve the wind power forecasting errors. We use game theory and formulate an EVs energy scheduling game. The proposed distributed EVs energy management strategy requires each EV owner to simply apply its best response strategy to the current total load and tariffs. Numerical simulation was conducted on the IEEE 24-bus system to demonstrate that the synergy between wind power and V2G can promote the utilization of wind power and make the power system operation more eco-friendly and economical.
