Design and Implementation of the Freedom Gymnastic Robot with the Ten DOF

Robot is a research focus at present, and how to build and design a robot, the related model building is difficult. In this paper, a 10-DOF gymnastic robot is proposed and designed, which includes the head of the robot, the left and right two-DOF arm structure, the two-DOF waist structure and the left and right two-DOF leg structure. By establishing the dynamic model of a typical two-degree-of-freedom joint robot, a reasonable overall structure and model of the robot are designed, and the actual object of the robot is made. In this paper, the ATmega32 is used as the main controller. Through the software design, the corresponding gymnastic movements of the gymnastic robot are compiled, including two-handed push-ups, one-handed push-ups, handstand, roll forward and a series of actions. Through the application analysis of the actual robot, the feasibility and validity of the 10-DOF gymnastic robot model designed in this paper are verified. It can be widely used in teaching platform, scientific research and competitions.
