The Design of Intelligent Experimental System for Hardware-in-the-loop Simulation of Aerocraft Control System

To design the intelligent experimental system for hardware-in-the-loop simulation of aircraft control system, this paper realizes a multi-sensor intelligent data acquisition system. Multi-sensor intelligent data acquisition system uses photoelectric encoder, linear encoder, temperature acquisition module and other sensors. The output of sensor is digital with small interference. Multi-sensor intelligent data acquisition system includes photoelectric encoder, linear encoder, temperature acquisition module, data acquisition board, data acquisition computer, communication cable and other parts. Among them, data acquisition board realizes the communication protocol of EnDat and SMBus through FPGA programming, connecting with photoelectric encoder and linear encoder according to EnDat protocol, and connecting with temperature acquisition sensor according to SMBus protocol, then it collects and processes sensor information in real time. The experimental results show that the system can identify sensors with intelligence, quickly upload collected data values, and improve the acquisition precision with good real-time performance.
