Stimulation Pulse Optimization of Deep Brain Stimulation

This paper is aimed at optimizing the deep brain stimulation system. Firstly, Hodgkin-Huxley (H-H) single neuron model was used to analyze the discharge activity of neurons under the action of deep brain stimulation. The different discharges of neurons under different stimulus combinations were analyzed, and their corresponding relationships were quantified. And then, the classifier is constructed by support vector machine (SVM) method to realize the converse selection from the neuron discharge to the stimulus parameter to meet the actual needs of the control process. The results of this work are helpful to give a new idea for the use of deep brain stimulation.
