Industrial APP Design for Data Dynamic Monitoring of Strip Production Process

Strip is a kind of material which is widely used in many industries. At present, the market demand for high precision and high quality strip is huge. As the bottom equipment of the production process, the running state of the strip production equipment is of great significance to the quality of the strip. In this paper, aiming at the regional limitation of current equipment monitoring system, we design and implement a mobile APP for real-time monitoring the running state of field equipment by using mobile interconnection technology. Using mobile APP can reduce monitoring costs and achieve real time monitoring of device parameters effectively. In this paper, OPC communication protocol, Socket communication and mobile interconnection technology are used to provide a new idea for intelligent monitoring.
