Research on the construction of digital cement production line

On the basis of digital upgrading of cement enterprises, the general idea and structural design of cement digital production line construction are proposed from four aspects: theoretical method, production management, control strategy and site configuration. This paper illustrates the application of intelligent control algorithm in digital cement factory by taking rotary kiln temperature control as an example. Finally, taking the application of digital production line in raw material ingredients as an example, the production results were compared and analyzed, and the proposed construction ideas and structural design were verified by actual production results.
