Single-well economic benefit evaluation of overseas projects under different output indicator scenarios

Single-well economic benefit evaluation provides decision-making basis for oilfield operation, daily management of oil wells and cost control, especially for investment overseas oil and gas development projects under different oil price scenarios. This paper studies the research progress, principle, characteristics and classification of single-well benefit evaluation, compares the commonly used methods of unit price economic benefit evaluation, including net present value method and data envelope analysis method, and constructs the single-well evaluation indicator system under different contract modes. In this paper, the DEA method is used to evaluate and analyze the individual wells of the overseas actual case project M. The evaluation results are analyzed in the light of the approved economic limit production, the cumulative production during the evaluation period and the actual output more than expected.
