Mathcad has always been known for more than computational excellence. One of its other virtues is that it operates in an environment rich in analysis and visualization techniques, yet has virtually no learning curve. The latest version, Mathcad 2001, goes even further by, among other things, allowing for work to be hyperlinked to the World Wide Web.
