The Study of Correlation Receivers

Today, correlation signal processing methods are actively used in radar ranging, radio navigation, and radio communications. However, the conventional correlation receivers have a number of drawbacks that prevent their use in some projects. This report presents the implementation of a correlation receiver to apply correlation processing with limited hardware resources. The characteristics of the conventional and the proposed correlation receiver are compared revealing their advantages and drawbacks.
