Review of Recent Strategies in Cryptography-Steganography Based Security Techniques

In this era of increasing Internet usage data security plays an important role for secure carrier of messages from source to destination. To ensure the usage of legitimate data, security is vital in all applications. If cryptography has the capability to scramble secret messages using a key, steganography has the capability to hide secret messages behind a cover medium. So both these studies play unique roles to ensure data security. Recently researchers have made efforts to combine both of these methods for increased data security. In this paper an effort has been made to determine the different combination of algorithms used and analyze their effect on security enhancement.
