Data Interpretation for Social Network Using R API

The exponential growth of Technology has altered the way of people expressing their views and sentiments aboutproducts and services they use. Social media has been forefront of this expression. Due to this a volume of data that gets generated. To find insights and make inferences we rely on agents that can collect social media data and represent in statistical forms. This paper explores and implements the collection of data and analyze it by visual representation in R platform. The approach is to focus on real-time analysis rather than historic data. Facebook API allow for collecting the sentiments information in the form of positive, negative or neutral sentiments. Social media package allows using different function. Through R platform for data analysis we can use Hadoop which on combining with R known as RHadoop, renders required functionality.
