Unassisted Artificial Photosynthesis using GaN-alloys Scaling up Ga(In)N Nanowire Synthesis for Large-scale Water Splitting under Real Sunlight

We demonstrate the scaling up of highly efficient and photo-chemically stable wafer-level nanowire photocatalysts, comprising of GaN-alloys on Si substrate, for unassisted overall neutral pH (~7.0) water splitting under concentrated sunlight.
