Ground Clutter Deducting Technique for Irkutsk Incoherent Scatter Radar

The technique for ground clutter deducting for incoherent scatter radars is presented. As opposed to the ground clutter filtration techniques used in the EISCAT radars, the proposed method can be applied in case of more complicated electromagnetic environment and unstable power of the sounding pulse. The paper provide results on experimental data of Irkutsk incoherent scatter radar.
