CSRR Integrated Microwave Humidity Sensor Based Go@Mxene for Breath Monitoring

This paper presents a microwave humidity sensor with a complementary split ring resonator (CSRR) based on composite material of graphene oxide modified MXene (GO@MXENE), which can be used to monitor human breath in real-time. The microwave sensor with CSRR structure were established by software of HFSS to optimize the performance of the sensor. The sensitivity of sensor characterized by resonant frequency and intensity with a wide humidity range from 10% to 95% RH can be improved by using the GO@MXENE composite material as sensitive material of humidity.
