Multiple resonant absorption of TE surface wave in metal stripe arrays coated with double high-index dielectric layer

We study the absorptive resonances in metal stripe arrays coated with double high-index dielectric layer under the illumination of TE polarized beam. The single arrayed dielectric stripes have been investigated and nearly perfect resonant absorption is achieved due to the F-P resonant in the dielectric stripes. Here we are focusing on the coupling of the double high-index dielectric stripes and multiple coupling modes are shown in the reflection which can be modulated by the width of the stripe. From the field distributions at resonant wavelength, it is observed that the even-order and the similar coupling odd-order resonant modes are both excited.
