Magnetodiode-Based Speed-of-Rotation Transducers

The results of developing of magnetodiode-Based Speed-of-Rotation Transducer was observed. The choice of magnetic system was made according to the technical and operating requirements applying to the speed of rotation transducer. The design of transducer and installation diagram were proposed. Test results regarding to the ambient temperature exposure were also proposed. It confirmed transducer's operating capability within wide temperature range with the frequency measure ability from 60 to 60000 rpm. By experimental results, there was discovered that sensitivity of all MD decreases with a rise in ambient temperature, and with temperature drop their sensitivity increases. By testing results there was built an output signal function which depends on ambient temperature.
