The Structurally-Technological Principles of Creation For Smart Sensors of Thermodynamic Parameters

For control of parameters, management of an expense and accounting of energy carriers on different objects of energy consumption the automatic system of control equipped with smart sensors was developed. Are offered structurally-technological principles of creation of smart wireless sensors of thermodynamic parameters, that providing high metrological characteristics. Ways of measurements and transfer of information by radio channel are determined. The structural diagram of smart sensors is developed. The main requirements and functions which are performed by structural elements of sensors are defined. Algorithms of interaction and communication of structural elements are developed, the software is developed for functioning of sensors. The offered principles of creation of smart sensors are implemented in development of sensors for temperature and pressure, which were used in intellectual control systems for measurement of parameters of the heat carrier. Constructive solutions for the high-precision smart temperature sensor with a margin error of ±0.02°C are considered. The sensor was used for temperature measurement of the heat carrier in the technique of definition of individual consumption of heat energy for heating systems of apartment houses, that was developed by authors.
