Reliability Estimation of Sealift Transportation Based on the New Similarity Measures

Reliability estimation problem is a typical MCDM problem which contains subjectivity, uncertainty and ambiguity in the assessment. The DHFSs is one classic extension of fuzzy set, which aims to cope with MADM problems. This paper proposes a new similarity measure called cosine measure, which has the ability to model various problems between DHFSs and studies some formal relations. It studies the reliability estimation of Military Sealift Transportation and provides one numerical example to show the behaviour of the proposed cosine similarity measures.
