2D Ruddlesden-Popper Perovskite Photodetector Based on Excitonic Absorption

2D Ruddlesden-Popper lead halide perovskite (RPPs) recently have attracted attention due to their remarkable optoelectronic properties and improving perovskite durability. In this paper fabrication of metal-semiconductor-metal (MSM) photodetector is reported. RPPs synthesized with solution process and deposited using Dip-coating method. The device characterization was done by absorption and PL spectrum analysis that showed excitonic absorption at 2.35eV corresponding to green light. Time-dependent photocurrent response under 58 mW green (532 nm) light and current voltage curve under 30, 44, and 58 mW green light was measured. Photoresponsivity was 4. 7892 A W
