Education of society as a tool to counteract disinformation in implementing new technologies - On the example of 5G mobile telecommunications network and Warsaw sewage system

The article presents the role of social education in preventing disinformation in the implementation of new technologies. On the example of two technological breakthroughs in the 20th century and their social reception process, the authors show the importance of social valuation in preventing disinformation and introducing new technologies.
