A New Data Packet Transfer Strategy for Opportunistic Mobile Network

Based on the mobile contact and storage-carry-forward model, opportunistic mobile network realizes the communication between nodes. Efficient packet transfer mechanism is one of the key problems of opportunistic mobile network research. Through analyzing the stable online social network graph, the relationship between online social network and offline contact network, we propose a packet transfer strategy based on multi-level social relationship, which combines the online friendship between nodes, the interests of nodes and offline contact information to select the next hop node for the packet. Simulation results show that algorithm significantly improves success rate of data packet transmission, and reduces the transmission time comparing with the classical algorithms.
