An Electrothermal Coupling Numerical Method with SAI Preconditioner

In this work, a FEM-based algorithm for calculating the electrothermal coupling process with the Sparse Approximate Inverse Preconditioner (SAI) for the problem of not convergence or slow converfence is presented. Firstly, electrothermal coupling problems are analyzed and corresponding coupling equations are presented. Secondly, some no convergence situations are discussed. Then, treatments for Applying SAI are proposed. Finally, numerical experiments are presented to validate the efficiency of this algorithm.
