Mechanical characteristics analysis of space Scissor-Like-Element manipulator

Spatial extension manipulator is one of the most basic types of spatial deployable structures, and the basis of various large and complex spatial structures. It plays a very important role in many current space activities. The Scissor-Like-Element(SLE) manipulator in the type of articulated truss extension manipulator is intended to make a breakthrough in engineering application. On the basis of determining the type, the paper chooses different structures to analyze, determines the SLE manipulator with quadrangular prism structure and analyzes the influence of different parameters on the stiffness and strength of the SLE manipulator by changing the key parameters of the SLE, which lays a good foundation for the follow-up study of other aspects.
