Different Conversions of the Matching Circuits for a Voltage doubler on a Microwave Rectifier Circuit

This paper presents a simple rectifier circuit for different types of matching networks used to convert RF to DC voltage for the voltage doubler circuit. The model of the rectifier HSMS 2850 voltage double circuit has been used. For lumped elements T and π type matching circuit efficiency and output voltage 70% and 3V at operating frequency 2.45 GHz and input power 15 dBm. For different types of the matching circuit such as transmission line, microstrip (Rogers and FR4) due to high dielectric constant loss also more, the efficiency of the rectifier is also decreased.
