Multiple Satellite Telemetry and Tracking System (MuST)

The telemetry, tracking, and command (TT&C) system provides a communication link between the satellite and the facilities on the ground. The purpose of the TT&C station is to ensure that the satellite's health performance is normal and is performing correctly. As part of the spacecraft bus, the TT&C system is required for all satellites regardless of the application. But, recent exponential increase in active satellites in LEO or MEO orbits has exposed the main basic limitation of reflector based ground stations that it can only support single satellite at any given point of time. To overcome this limitation an innovative phased array antenna system with digital post beam forming technique is adopted and system is designed.
