Arduino Based Maize Separator and Power Generator

India produces maize on a larger scale. Lack of maize processing machine is major challenge for maize industries. This paper reflects about the main idea of designing and fabricating a maize separator. Components used to model the proposed threshing machine are arduino board, relay, threshing cylinder, spike disc, ultrasonic sensor, power regenerating unit and power supply unit. Here, we have represented a new concept of power regeneration using arduino board. Presently, till now according to our literature survey, arduino based maize separator machine is not commercially available. The proposed design can able to work with good stability, continuously for longer time period, without harming the maize kernel.
