A software product for processing data on employees of a small enterprise who are allowed to work with restricted access information

The article shows the urgency of the problem of automating the processing of data on persons allowed to work with information of limited access. On the example of protection of commercial secrets, such a measure of protection of confidentiality of information was considered, such as keeping a register of persons who gained access to information constituting a commercial secret, and (or) persons to whom such information was provided or transmitted. The article describes the result of the software implementation of an innovative, electronic version of such a journal for a small enterprise - Workstation (WS) "Confidential document monitoring log" (CDML) - WS CDML. The advantages of the developed product, as compared with the paper carrier, are shown, as well as the prospects for the integrated implementation of many digital services in a small organization.
