This paper investigates the problem of robust H

filtering for delta operator systems with random delays and communication constraints. The considered networked control systems are modeled as parameter uncertain systems with one-step random delay, which is formulated by a Bernoulli stochastic process. Sufficient conditions of stochastic stability for the filtering error system with an H

performance are presented by Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional in delta domain and linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). The parameterization expression of the designed H

filter is also obtained. The effectiveness of the proposed method is demonstrated by a numerical example.
