A remark on zero placement in exact linearization using multi-degree-of-freedom PWM-type input

This report deals with a control problem for continuous-time linear time-invariant systems with multi-degree-of-freedom PWM-type input. Since the PWM-type input systems are nonlinear in terms of the manipulable variables, its analysis and design is in general difficult. In this report, for the exact linearization method that has been recently proposed by the authors [7], [9], [10], the stability of the zeros of derived linear systems will be discussed.
