Functional Structure of the Local Thermal Energy Market in District Heating

In this paper, the structure of the relationship between the entities of the local thermal energy market and their functions is determined. The general scheme of the dispatch control and automated process control systems for providing the technical side of the functioning of the local thermal energy market in district heating is described. The structure of the local thermal energy market in the complex of technical, economic and managerial aspects during its functioning is determined.
