Exploring the relationship between Knowledge Management and Organizational Performance in Educational Organizations

This paper presents the preliminary results of a study that aims to determine the incidence of knowledge management on organizational performance in the context of primary and secondary education. For this purpose, surveys were applied to key informants with knowledge and experience in educational management pertaining to Chilean educational organizations. The results obtained indicate that there are significant relationships between the variables of proposed knowledge management model, and that the use of knowledge affects organizational performance.
