Analysis of coexistence conditions between an overhead electricity lines and a dwelling house

According to the General Urbanism Regulations, in areas exposed to technological risks, as well as in areas of service and protection of power supply systems, it is forbidden. In practice, the technical norms for the construction of overhead electrical lines with a voltage greater than 1000 V and the Technical Norm for the delimitation of protection and safety areas related to energy capacities allow for the placement of buildings including in the field of protection and safety from the energy capacities subject to the coexistence standardized conditions. Establishing coexistence conditions involves a complex analysis, it is necessary to develop a coexistence study. The coexistence study is the technical and economic documentation in which the mechanical and/or electrical implications of the electrical network are determined on the basis of calculations, measurements, observations, etc., the location of other installations or networks on the elements of the corridor or its protection and/safety and, where appropriate, the work required to meet the conditions of coexistence provided for by the rules and the costs of such works.
