All-Photonic in-Memory Computing Based on Phase-Change Materials

We experimentally demonstrate, for the first time, co-located data storage and processing (i.e. in-memory computing) on an integrated photonic platform based on nonvolatile phase-change materials. © 2019 The Author(s)
