Augmented Reality Technologies in Diagnosis of Electrical Machines

The article describes the main methods of diagnostics of electric drives, the causes of early failure of electric drives. The main proposed solution is the calculation of current deviations in combination with augmented reality technologies. It shows the approximate content of the displayed technological information points. The evaluation of the speed of current circuits of modern converters has been carried out. Mathematical modeling of the proposed solutions was conducted, it was concluded that the speed of autonomous semiconductor converters depends on the switching frequency of the valves. The algorithm of the proposed system for assessing the life of the electric machine is suggested. The authors proposed to collect and classify information on cloud storages for subsequent systematization and analysis.
