Microstructure and Dielectric Properties of LNT (Li2O–Nb2O5–TiO2) Based Dielectric Ceramics Synthesized by Solid State Reaction Method

In this work, dielectric ceramics having general formulae, Li
_1+x-y
Nb
_1-x-3y
Ti
_x+4
yO
₃
were successfully prepared by solid state reaction technique. Synthesized powders were characterized for their structure by making use of XRD, SEM and TEM. Dielectric analysis of the LNT ceramics have also been performed. Good dielectric properties of ε' = 33.48 and τ
_f
= 30 ppm/°C have been obtained by solid state reaction method. These results can be technically helpful for wireless communication devices.
