Study on Location Parameter Adjusting System for Anchor Drilling in Coal Mine Roadways

In the construction of ground anchors in the coal mine roadway, the drill boom precise adjustment of the anchoring drilling rig as well as the borehole accurate locating constitute the foundation and prerequisite for the entire construction work. For the problems of low efficiency and large error in manual manipulation, based on the intelligent control technique and electro-hydraulic proportional control technology, the location parameter adjustment system for the drill boom of anchoring drilling rig was studied. On the basis of the kinematic model solution of the drill boom, this system utilized the control method based on the kinematic model to adjust the drill boom parameters to the designed objectives. Finally, the drill boom positioning laboratory experiment was carried out in combination with the physical prototype. The experimental results showed that the adjustment system for the location parameters of the drill boom had higher control precision. Through this system, the efficiency of preparatory work prior to anchoring construction and construction safety could be improved. This could provide the technological basis for the intelligent development of coal mine machinery.
