Measurement and Analysis of Impulsive Noise on Car Power Lines

The use of technology Power Line Communication allows you to reduce the number of dedicated lines that control the various electronic modules of the car. In car alarms, which are often installed as additional equipment, there are electronic relays that disconnect the starter circuit, fuel pump, sensors... and do not allow starting the car. Control of such relays by transferring control signals through car electrical wiring, provides several advantages. First of all, the stealth installation of the relay, and as a consequence the difficulty of hijacking of the car. In the car wiring there is impulse noise from both standard and owner-connected devices. Impulse noise makes it difficult to decode the signal, and therefore the study of the level and spectrum of impulse noise is an important scientific task. The article investigated impulse noise, proposed a method of digital signal transmission and showed the possibility of technical implementation of wireless relays.
