Autotuning for PI Controller of Test Bench with Electrohydraulic Actuator

The problem of electrohydraulic actuator controller design of a power loading test bench of aviation elements is discussed. An approach for identification of the test bench parameters is offered on the basis of relay feedback test. The proposed expressions give a possibility to find proportional-integral (PI) controller parameters of the test bench on the basis of time-scale separation technique (singular perturbation technique) and results of the relay feedback test. The proposed results allow to perform automatic selection of the controller parameters for the test bench of strength tests and to increase the accuracy of implementation of the power loading cyclograms of aviation elements that finally allows to accelerate process carrying out strength tests.
