Design and Implementation of Main Circuit of Full Bridge Inverter Fine Plasma Cutting Power Supply

Aiming at the problems of traditional plasma cutting power supply with harmonic pollution to the power grid, low output current control accuracy and large power loss, the stable full-bridge inverter fine plasma cutting power supply main circuit is designed. In order to suppress the electromagnetic interference (EMI) injected into the grid by the fine plasma cutting power supply, the design method of the three-phase EMI filter is proposed. The ideal equivalent circuit of three-phase common mode and differential mode filter is constructed. The structure and turn-on characteristics of the IGBT are analyzed in depth to improve current output accuracy and improve gate drive performance. The traditional transformer design process is improved and the improved high-frequency transformer design calculation method suitable for fine plasma cutting power supply is proposed. This study provides a reference for the design of fine plasma cutting power supplies.
