Research on Remote Calibration System of DC Metering Device for Electric Vehicle Charging Piles Based on Embedded

In recent years, the number of domestic DC charging infrastructure has increased sharply, in order to ensure the accuracy of DC charging pile measurement, DC charging piles for comprehensive and accurate detection is very important. In this paper, a set of remote calibration system for DC charging pile metering device is developed, which verifies the charging pile based on real-time pulse comparison method, and its innovation point is that the apply checksum detector is embedded in the rechargeable gun cable, and the standard electric energy obtained by the calibrator is compared with the detected electric energy obtained by the electric energy pulse detector. The parameter errors of the DC metering device of the calibrated charging pile are calculated, and the remote calibration management main station is transmitted back through the wireless network. The test results show that the calibration system can realize the remote inspection of the DC metering device of electric vehicle safely and reliably, and also solve the problem that the traditional calibration equipment is large in volume, heavy in weight, unable to measure and monitor remotely for a long time.
