Electromechanical Force Compensation System of Weight Removal of Patient for Rehabilitation by the Medical Simulator

The patients with a pathology of seat and kinesis organs are one of the complex contingents for the system of medical rehabilitation, therefore, a problem of the development of new medical simulators with a spatial movement, expanded functional and technical capabilities is urgent. We developed a two-dimensional model of a medical simulator for the rehabilitation of patients with muscle-skeleton disorders. The pilot studies of an electromechanical force-compensating system of weight removal of a patient are performed; the efficiency of ensuring the given weight removal and effort consolidation to a locomotor system during the training on the simulator performing various exercises is shown. In the paper we prove applicability of active damping by electric drive of elastic mechanical oscillations and limitations of dynamic loadings in electromechanical system and also the applicability during the implementation of studied simulators for frequency-controlled electric drives with high-torque synchronous motors driven by permanent magnets. The recommendations of a required motor determination are provided for a medical simulator.
