Algorithms of Absorbance and Colorimeter for Measuring Blood Glucose

The main subject of paper it's about methods and algorithms for detection and measuring blood glucose through non-invasive methods. Old methods referenced in paper are: amperometric, spectrophotometric, reflectometric, nuclear magnetic resonance, colorimetric, spectroscopic photo-acoustic method and near infrared spectroscopic. To achieve accurate, low cost and continuous glucose monitoring, an algorithm and method should be developed to ensure permanent blood glucose monitoring. Article discusses also the detection and measurement of blood glucose by non-invasive methods, current or older blood glucose measurement methods, current and future research. The article aims to illustrate a new prototype based on spectroscopic methods, near infrared sensors, that can monitories blood glucose. The problems addressed center on the absorbance of light in the matter and non-invasive blood glucose detection using near infrared technology by colorimetric interpretation of the values transmitted by a sensor with six channel transmission.
