Product Environment Test Equipment Design Evaluation Method Based on Temperature Field Distribution

To ensure Environmental Adaptability of product, Environment Test is required at all stages of design and production, and Temperature Test is the most widely used one. The design of the Temperature Test equipment greatly influences the distribution of the temperature field within the equipment during the test. Different from the traditional monitoring methods, we choose the Uniformity of Temperature Field Distribution as a key parameter to propose an Temperature field distribution-based Analysis Method of Product Temperature Environment Test Equipment Design in this paper. Firstly, a geometric model of the Temperature Test equipment is made, then the numerical simulation method is applied to simulating the Temperature Field Distribution in the test equipment by Finite Element Analysis. last, the design scheme was evaluated based on Uniformity of temperature field distribution obtained by the simulation. At the end of this paper, an industrial robot speed reducer was used, for example, to analysis different schemes of the inlet and outlet port design, which proved that this research can efficiently obtain the uniformity of temperature field of the Environment Test box and optimize the design of temperature testing equipment, Then, according to the steady-state temperature extremes index, the environmental test equipment design scheme is evaluated for its advantages and disadvantages, which provides reference for the optimization of the environmental test equipment design scheme.
