Intelligent Social Banking using Tantra Framework

In emerging economies such as India, things such as increase in per-capita income, reduction in inequalities are rather slow to come by. To meet this objective, we have developed Tantra Social Information Management Framework. Tantra Framework is inspired by Zachman Framework and extends the same to represent the aspects of social information. Tantra Frameworks makes use of two additional aspects based on Unified Foundational Ontology to represent interrelationships between aspects. In addition, Balanced Scorecard, Theory of Change and Theory of Separations are used to give a strategic flavor to Tantra Framework. The paper describes the Tantra Framework and how it can be applied to a case study on Intelligent Social Banking.
