Resonant Third Harmonic Generation Microscopy of Amorphous-silicon Sub-Wavelength Nanostructures

We demonstrate multispectral third harmonic generation microscopy of amorphous silicon two-dimensional nanostructure arrays. Sub-wavelength structures designed with resonance at the fundamental wavelength result in enhancement of third-harmonic by a factor of ~370.
