Automated Career Guidance Using Graphology, Aptitude Test and Personality Test

Corporate World is full of uncertainty and change. This uncertainty has led to individual's dilemma about choosing a career path. This product will acquaint the user with various career domains and help him/her choose the appropriate profession. In this work, the key aspects of human behavior and analysis are taken into consideration. The key aspects include conscious as well as subconscious factors that help decide one's attitude and aptitude. The analysis used are Aptitude Test, Psychometric Test (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator - MBTI) and handwriting analysis. The question-answer module gives career and personality with conscious answers given by individuals, whereas handwriting module focuses on the subconscious way of mapping career and personality. Thus, integration of all three modules gives appropriate career options.
